OAKDALE - An Oakdale woman accused of beating her elderly mother entered a not guilty plea today. Nancy Boland was indicted by a grand jury on a slew of charges today. She is accused of attacking her 83-year-old mother with a cane last month in their Shore Drive home. As News 12 Long Island has reported, Boland was out on bail after being charged in her ex-husband's death when the alleged attack on her mother occurred.
