A 20-year-old lost his life in Springfield, Mass. after he got out of his car and touched a guardrail that had just been electrified by a fallen wire.

Down in Pennsylvania, a 84-year-old man died instantly after a tree fell onto his house.

In Connecticut, a frustrated pilot and his passengers spent eight hours stuck on a tarmac. Passengers report the toilets were overflowing and a baby cried during the entire time.

Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) says that his state was hit worse this weekend than in August during Hurricane Irene.
