WOODBURY - News 12 meteorologists say light snow is expected today.

Snowfall is expected to end by mid- to late morning with possible accumulations of only up to 1 inch for most of Long Island.

The snow could cause slippery roads, and drivers are urged to use caution.

Conditions are expected to improve Wednesday afternoon with highs in the mid-30s.
