After a series of bomb threats, students must now carry their books and belongings in a clear plastic bag.

WANTAGH - Wantagh school officials say no more backpacks are allowed at the high school. 

After a series of bomb threats, students must now carry their books and belongings in a clear plastic bag. 

As News 12 has reported, Wantagh High School lockers have been sealed off through the end of the year because of the threats. 

In addition, the school has more security cameras and security personnel in place.
