OYSTER BAY - Nassau police held a press conference this morning on the boat that capsized in the waters off Oyster Bay.

During the press conference, police confirmed the three bodies pulled from the water were children, aged 12 and under. According to police, the boat sank between Centre Island and Lloyd Neck just inside Cold Spring Harbor.
