NORTH KOREA - There are new signs that North Korea may be ready to launch a missile at any moment.

U.S. officials say at least one North Korean missile is now in an upright "firing" position.

According to officials, the medium-range missile could be launched soon.

Officials are now saying the missile would be capable of reaching our American military bases in Guam.
