Troy Arrighi pleads not guilty to 1994 West Babylon murder

WEST BABYLON - Police say they have a suspect in custody nearly 20 years after a murder at a West Babylon trucking company.

Troy Arrighi pleaded not guilty today to second-degree murder. Police say the 37-year-old and another man shot two employees at the Diamond Trucking Company during an attempted robbery in March 1994. Authorities say 30-year-old Mario Andujar died at the scene and the other victim survived.

Arrighi is being held without bail.
