The Town of Huntington says it wants some time to come up with a plan to regulate wind turbines. Last night the town board voted unanimously for a 128-day moratorium on new turbines. The Canon Corporation had been seeking to put 11 wind turbines at its new Melville facility. The moratorium gives town officials a chance to come up with regulations covering the size, location and safety of the turbines....
