HEMPSTEAD - Tom Suozzi, the Democratic candidate for Nassau County executive, visited Hempstead Village Hall this morning to do last-minute campaigning before Election Day tomorrow.

Suozzi joined voters for a "Protect the Vote" event, where it was announced that volunteer lawyers will be at polling stations across the county to ensure voters' rights are protected.

Suozzi says he feels confident about tomorrow and isn't paying attention to poll numbers that have him trailing incumbent executive Ed Mangano.
