Police say Terrell Hill rented out a house on Elm Street in Valley Stream to two women.

WOODBURY - Police say a man was collecting thousands of dollars in rent from tenants in two Nassau homes despite not owning either one.

They say Terrell Hill rented out a house on Elm Street in Valley Stream to two women for $1,600 per month. The real owner found the women in the house Wednesday and called police.

Authorities say Hill also rented out a home in Elmont for $3,800 a month.

They are asking anyone who may be a victim to call the Fourth Squad at 516-573-6453.
