Teen shot, injured in Uniondale

A teen was hospitalized after he was shot while standing on a Uniondale street early Sunday morning.

UNIONDALE - A teen was shot and injured as he stood on a Uniondale street early Sunday morning.

Police say the shooting happened shortly before 2 a.m. near Ditmas Avenue.

News 12 is told that the 16-year-old victim was hospitalized in stable condition, and that he is not cooperating with investigators at this time.

No arrests have been made.
