WOODBURY - A Queens teenager involved in a fatal crash on the Southern State Parkway has surrendered to state police, according to Newsday. A grand jury indicted 17-year-old Joseph Beer on aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges. He apparently had marijuana in his system when he lost control of his car last month, slamming into trees and killing four of his friends.
