WESTBURY - Police are investigating a car crash in Westbury last night that killed a teen and seriously injured two of his classmates.

Parents and fellow students of 17-year-old Frankie Posillico were in shock today when they showed up at Clarke High School and found out the teen had died.

Cops say Posillico was behind the wheel of his brand new BMW when he crashed into a Chevy at the intersection of Salisbury Drive and Bowling Green Drive. Officials say Posillico was speeding and blew the stop sign.

Police say Posillico just received the car for Christmas last week and was giving his two friends a ride when the crash happened.

One of the teen passengers is in a coma and the other suffered serious spinal injuries.

The 24-year-old driver of the second car involved in the crash suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
