WOODBURY - Talks between Baumann and Sons Bus Company and union officials resumed Monday in an effort to avert a school bus strike.

The last bargaining session was Thursday night in Farmingdale.

The drivers complain they're not making a living wage.

A strike could affect districts across the Island, including Bayport-Blue Point, Middle Country, Northport and Commack.
