MANHATTAN - A Syosset doctor charged with helping Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) workers in a disability scam pleaded guilty in court today.

Investigators say Peter Ajemian wrote phony medical evaluations so LIRR retirees could collect disability.

The orthopedist will be sentenced in May.
