NEW YORK - ? A grand jury has issued an eight-count indictment, including two counts of felony murder, against the man accused of abducting, killing and dismemberingan 8-year-old Brooklyn boy.

Prosecutors allege Levi Aron lured Leiby Kletzky to his home last week afterthe little boy got lost while walking home from a Brooklyn daycamp.

The medical examiner said earlier Wednesday that Leiby was givena combination of drugs before he was smothered.

Aron previously pleaded not guilty after he was arrested oncharges of murder and kidnapping. His attorney, Pierre Bazile, has asked the public to let the judicial process takeits course.

The lawyer says Aron suffers from hallucinations and has beenunder a suicide watch. AP wire services contributed to this report
