HAUPPAUGE - A man convicted of killing his stepfather with a Samurai sword was back in court today for a conference.Zachary Gibian, 23, was convicted of killing Scott Nager in 2006, but the state Court of Appeals overturned the verdict.Gibian is now expected to be tried a second time on murder charges. During his first trial, Gibian claimed that his mother was the real killer.
