WOODBURY - A new survey ranks the Long Island Power Authority worst in the country for customer satisfaction.

The numbers were calculated by the University of Michigan. Companies on average scored 73 out of 100, but LIPA scored a 65.

The power company says it?s made improvements to its call center and to communications during power outages.
