WATER MILL - Summertime on Long Island is all about hitting the beach, so News 12 caught up with superstar trainer Tracy Anderson to find out how celebrities stay hot in the Hamptons.
Anderson is a star in her own right with a fitness empire that includes videos, customized workout plans and a studio in Water Mill. She's known for working with some fabulously fit figures, including Gwenyth Paltrow and Jennifer Lopez.
The Sag Harbor resident offered up some tips for staying fit this summer. She recommends doing a focused workout for one hour each day, and exercising five or six days a week all year round.
She also recommends eating organic, and says if you decide to drink some wine, you should keep it to no more than two glasses.
