EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - The NFL has a plan to help fans attending the Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium combat the cold.

Each fan in attendance will be receiving a warm welcome kit, which includes lip balm, ear muffs, a winter hat, mittens, hand warmers and a radio.

NFL officials say the game will be played even if conditions are similar to the snowstorm the northeast experienced Tuesday.

The Denver Broncos will take on the Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 2 in Super Bowl 48.
