EAST PATCHOGUE - Two Suffolk moms are accused of having heroin and hypodermic needles in the car with their kids.

Police say they spotted Tara Riley, of Medford, and Amanda Kosby, of North Bellport, sitting in a parked SUV on Montauk Highway in East Patchogue last night.

Officers say the women had open bags of heroin and hypodermic needles on their seats.

According to officials, Riley's 4-year-old daughter and Kosby's 5-year-old son were in the back seat of the car.
