WOODBURY - The Suffolk County District Attorney's Office says it is dropping charges against a Brooklyn woman who was charged in May with driving a car into a Huntington home while drunk, because officials now say she wasn't actually driving at the time.District Attorney Thomas Spota says the "actual driver of the vehicle" will be arraigned on a grand jury indictment tomorrow.Sophia Anderson, 21, was charged with plowing a Mercedes Benz into a home on Southdown Road in Huntington while intoxicated. Investigators have not yet released the identity of the person they now believe was driving the car.The early-morning crash resulted in a natural gas leak.
