SELDEN - Students attending Suffolk Community College are going to see an increase in their tuition.
According to Newsday, the Board of Trustees voted to raise full time tuition by $180 a year, a 3 percent increase.
The county executive's office had only wanted the tuition increased by 2 percent.

The trustees of the college have also asked for another $2 million in funding from the county.
