CENTRAL ISLIP - ? Cops say a Suffolk church youth-group leader has been charged with rape.

Cops say 30-year-old Juan Carlos Amaya works as a youth-group leader at the Igelsia Evangelica Refugio De Salvacion Church in Patchogue.

Police say in May of last year, Amaya brought a 12-year-old girl to his home in Bellport and forced her to have sex.

Amaya was arraigned on rape charges in Central Islip today.
