WOODBURY - ? Thousands of Verizon employees will return to work tonight but the fight over their health benefits is not over. Employees agreed to work in good faith as they keep negotiating with Verizon over the benefits, work flexibility and job security.

Two weeks ago, about 45,000 employees walked off the job. The walkout left many Long Islanders complaining about service disruptions.
