WOODBURY - A possible strike may be looming for workers of the Long Island Rail Road.

Four major unions, comprising two-thirds of the LIRR's workforce, are threatening to strike on March 21. They say they have not had a new contract in four years.

Union representatives claim the MTA is shrugging off a settlement offer from arbitrators picked by President Barack Obama.

The offer included a 2.5 percent annual raise for six years.
