A family is still looking for justice nearly a year after their loved one was mowed down by a hit-and-run driver.

Joseph Santiago was struck and killed on Aug. 23, 2013 by a driver who left the scene on Ridgeway Avenue near Main Street in East Setauket. His body was found lying in the street by a LIPA worker who happened to be passing by.
