CORAM - The SPCA is offering a $2,000 reward to find the person responsible for pushing a dog out of a car in Coram.

They say a woman witnessed a blue-colored SUV stop along Sun Valley Drive Thursday. According to the witness, the driver opened the passenger door and pushed the white pup out.

The suspect is described as a man who was wearing a baseball cap.
