HEMPSTEAD - Sources tell News 12 Long Island that the two arms found in Hempstead in recent days belong to the body found in Bay Shore.

The second severed arm was found on Stewart Avenue in Hempstead Thursday afternoon. The discovery was made in a yard on Cornell Street, about a half-mile from another arm found on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a woman's dismembered body was discovered in Bay Shore.

Over the weekend, Brooklyn mom Chinelle Browne, 27, was reported missing. Browne's husband is in Guyana and told News 12 via Skype that police have asked him about tattoos on her body.

Browne's husband says his wife went missing on Saturday after an argument with her landlord.

News 12 Long Island has learned from News 12 Brooklyn that a Suffolk County crime unit was at the woman's apartment building in Brownsville Friday, searching the area around where she lives.
