Sion Sosa and Maurice Jones are facing five years in prison.

BROOKHAVEN - Police say two men convicted of flooding a home and terrorizing the family dog during a Town of Brookhaven burglary spree will be sentenced today.

Sion Sosa and Maurice Jones, of Centereach, could face at least five years in prison for break-ins in Setauket, Port Jefferson and Miller Place.

Officials say the men were part of a group of five young men arrested in May.

According to police, the group intentionally turned on the faucets of a Setauket home, collapsing the floor, and sprayed the family dog with a fire extinguisher.
