NORTH BABYLON - A sick Long Island boy and his family will get to take their cruise after being told they would not be refunded by another company.

The Colucci family of North Babylon had to postpone their Norwegian Cruiseline cruise when 5-year-old Nicolas was diagnosed with cancer.

However, Norwegian wouldn't let the family move their reservation because they had not taken trip insurance.

After hearing their story on News 12, a CEO of another major cruise line has offered Nick and his family a free vacation. The company also wants to remain anonymous.

The Coluccis will start planning a trip after Nicholas finishes his cancer treatment.
