WOODBURY - A Shirley man has accepted a plea deal in exchange for lesser jail time in a deadly drunken driving crash. Steven Tolar, 54, pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a head-on collision that killed a Patchogue man. Prosecutors say Tolar was drunk when he slammed into Scott Albrecht's vehicle back in December 2010.
