WOODBURY - Sen. Charles Schumer is holding a statewide lottery next month to distribute tickets to President Barack Obama's second inauguration.

A huge crowd was on hand nearly four years ago to watch Obama be sworn into office.

Obama's second inauguration ceremony will be held on Jan. 21.
