SEAFORD - Police say a Seaford man has been arrested and accused of boating while intoxicated.

According to police, two of the man's passengers had to be rescued by lifeguards after falling overboard. Police say Anthony Marmo was driving the boat when the two men fell overboard at around 6 p.m. yesterday. One man was thrown from the back of the 23-foot boat and the other jumped in after him. Jones Beach lifeguards had to row more than half a mile out to rescue the two men. Prosecutors say Marmo had a .08 blood alcohol level. Marmo was arraigned on BWI charges and bail was set at $750.
