SEAFORD - Family and friends are mourning the loss of Seaford High School graduate Ryan Bailey who was killed in a hit-and-run incident near Towson University in Maryland on Saturday morning.

Bailey graduated from Seaford High School in 2009 and was a standout lacrosse payer at the school.

He was a junior at Towson where he was studying accounting and had hoped to work on Wall Street after he graduated."[Bailey] had the brightest future out of probably any of us. It's just a shame...," says Conner Gaddis, a former classmate of Bailey's.

Baltimore police say they have a description of the vehicle believed to be involved in the incident but have yet to locate the driver.
