AQUEBOGUE - An East End college dean accused of killing two men while driving on drugs was back in court today.

Robert Beodeker, of Aquebogue, was arraigned this morning on a grand jury indictment.

Beodeker is charged with several felonies, including aggravated vehicular homicide.

Prosecutors say Boedeker, who worked at Suffolk Community College, was high last month when he hit and killed two men fixing their car on the Meadowbrook Parkway.

Boedeker is being held on a $1 million bond or $500,000 cash.

If convicted, Beodeker faces up to 25 years in prison.
