Sarah Espinosa is accused to stealing a python from the Garden City Park Petco and crashing into the New Hyde Park firehouse.

NEW HYDE PARK - A New Hyde Park woman accused of stealing a snake, driving drunk and crashing into a firehouse is set to appear in court today. 

As News 12 Long Island reported, Sarah Espinosa allegedly stole a python from the Garden City Park Petco last Monday.

Police say the 22-year-old crossed over the median on Jericho Turnpike and slammed into the New Hyde Park firehouse damaging two fire trucks.

When officials went to help Espinosa they say the snake was wrapped around her neck.
