PATCHOGUE - An open house event was held at Briarcliff College Monday night for Superstorm Sandy victims in need of help and information.

The event was attended by Suffolk legislators, New York Rising workers, contractors and many organizations.

The deadline for homeowners to sign up for New York Rising is Friday, April 11.
