WOODBURY - Long Island residents that don't celebrate Christmas headed to Ben's Kosher Deli in Woodbury Wednesday night.

General Manager Todd Silverstein says Christmas is typically his busiest night of the year. The wait to sit down for dinner was 45 minutes or more.

Employees gave out homemade latkes to everyone waiting in the long line.

Working Christmas meant sacrificing the holiday for some employees, but they say they planned celebrations around their work schedule.
