HICKSVILLE - Reports indicate that six people have been arrested in India in connection with the fatal beating of a Long Island native.

Indian news reports say that four of the people who are in custody were friends with the victim, 20-year-old Anmol Sarna, of Hicksville. The two other people are security guards at the apartment complex where the attack happened.

As News 12 Long Island has reported, Sarna was found dead on a street in New Delhi on Friday with severe head wounds.

A vigil was held for Sarna in Hicksville last night.
