WOODBURY - A new report says state Sen. Dean Skelos is expected to be arrested on federal corruption charges next week.

New York Times sources say that Skelos, the Republican leader of the Senate, will be arrested, along with his son.

The exact charges that the two will face are unknown.

The expected arrests come about three months after federal bribery and kickback allegations that led Assemblyman Sheldon Silver to resign his leadership post.
