UNIONDALE - A new report is raising questions about how much a new Nassau Coliseum would really cost taxpayers.Nassau residents are expected to vote Aug. 1 on whether the county should borrow up to $400 million to construct the new arena.However, now the Legislative Budget Office estimates revenue from a new Coliseum would cover only 74 percent of its price.
