A Baldwin man has been charged with manslaughter after a passenger on his craft died, and police say he was drunk at the helm.

Police say Raymond Balboa took about a dozen of his wife's employees out on his 50-foot Sea Ray cabin cruiser, named La Vida Loca. Detectives say the 53-year-old was intoxicated while he was operating the vessel.
