MASSAPEQUA - Potholes are seemingly everywhere on Long Island following a series of snowstorms that have buried Nassau and Suffolk counties under snow and ice.

Crews have been working nonstop to fill the countless potholes on Long Island’s roadways, but motorists can’t help but fall victim to some.

“They just keep popping out and we fill them the best we can,” says John Liebel, manager of New York Department of Transportation crew out filling the costly holes.
