WOODBURY - The Port Authority is being accused of wasting millions of taxpayer dollars on paying its employees overtime.

State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli says "overtime flows like water at the Port Authority."

The agency, meanwhile, plans to raise tolls next month by $4 on the George Washington Bridge and on the Lincoln and Holland tunnels.

DiNapoli says before it asks for more cash, the agency should explore ways to control overtime.
