HUNTINGTON STATION - A new poll shows that most Long Islanders think the housing market has bottomed out, but won?t be rebounding just yet.In a recent News 12 Long Island/Hofstra poll, 55 percent of responders said they think housing prices will remain unchanged next year. Twenty-two percent said prices would increase, while another 20 percent said prices would decrease. Three percent were undecided. The consensus among real estate agents is in line with the poll results: most say the market isn't expected to take any drastic turns in the near future.
