LINDENHURST - Authorities say a teenage girl was killed in Lindenhurst last night in a collision with a drunken driver. Authorities say Brittney Walsh, 18, was driving west on Montauk Highway at around 10:30 p.m. when her vehicle was rear-ended. According to police, Walsh's SUV flipped multiple times, crashing into a local business and coming to rest on the driver's side. Walsh, who had just graduated on Friday from Copiague High School, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have identified the alleged drunken driver as Michael Grasing, 31, of Babylon. He was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries. Grasing is expected to be arraigned on DWI charges.
