Earlier this month, a body was found in Bay Shore and then two days later an arm was discovered in Hempstead. A second arm was found the next day.

Police are trying to determine if the victim is Chinelle Browne, of Brooklyn, who was reported missing July 8.

A Newsday source says a person of interest in the case has homes in Brooklyn and Suffolk County, and has been in police sights since the beginning of the investigation.
