BRENTWOOD - Police are investigating a double homicide in Brentwood that left two men dead overnight.

Authorities say the two men, both in their 20s, were gunned down in a car at about 3 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue and Stockton Street in Brentwood.

Police say they're not releasing the names of the victims yet and that the suspect or suspects are still on the loose.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Suffolk Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
