LINDENHURST - A number of Suffolk County drivers are feeling deflated Sunday, after finding out their cars' tires had been slashed.
Police say the slashings occurred overnight Friday on East Santa Barbara Street, Venetian Promenade and East Hampton Promenade in Lindenhurst.
Victims say the seemingly random attacks have been a huge nuisance.

As a result of the crime, nearby tire shops had lines out the door, with people trying to get quick repairs.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information on the slashings is urged to call Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
